What is Panzoe and how do I start?Getting started
Panzoe is one AI Operating System across five pillars — Business, Home, Health, Life and Learning. Create an account and you'll get the 7-Day Discovery Experience: full access to the complete OS, no card required. A 2-minute onboarding activates your pillars.
What happens when my Discovery Experience ends?Getting started
Choose a plan (Basic, Pro or Premium) from Settings → Billing to continue. Your data stays safe even if you decide later.
What are pillars and copilots?Getting started
Pillars are the five life domains Panzoe manages. Each pillar contains five AI copilots — 25 in total — plus a knowledge graph, all sharing one memory.
How is Panzoe priced?Pricing
Three tiers per audience: Basic unlocks 1 pillar, Pro unlocks any 3, Premium unlocks all 5. Individual, Family and Business pricing is on the Pricing page, billed monthly or annually (annual saves 20%) in Canadian Dollars.
Can I switch the pillars my plan unlocks?Pricing
Basic includes one complimentary pillar swap every 90 days. Pro lets you swap your three pillars anytime. Premium includes everything, always.
Is there an Enterprise option?Pricing
Yes — Enterprise is bespoke (SSO, custom contracts, dedicated support). Use 'Request a Custom Quote' on the Pricing page.
How does billing work?Billing
Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe in CAD and renew automatically each cycle until cancelled. Receipts are emailed and your full history is in Settings → Billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?Billing
Settings → Billing → 'Cancel renewal'. You keep access until the end of your paid period and won't be charged again.
What happens if my payment fails?Billing
Stripe retries automatically over several days and we email you. If payment can't be collected, your plan lapses — your data is kept and access returns once payment succeeds.
What is your refund policy?Refunds
First-time subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee from the first charge (monthly or annual). Request it from Settings → Billing or email billing@panzoe.ai. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors are always refundable. See the full Refund Policy in the Trust Center.
How long do refunds take?Refunds
Requests are reviewed by a human within about 2 business days; approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically reach your bank within 5–10 business days.
I forgot my password.Passwords & sign-in
Use 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page — we'll email a secure reset link. Links expire for your protection; request a new one if needed.
How do I change my password?Passwords & sign-in
Settings → Profile → change password. You'll need your current password.
Can the AI make mistakes?AI copilots
Yes. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — always review before acting. Panzoe doesn't provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. See the AI Disclaimer in the Trust Center.
What is the Innovation Hub?AI copilots
Every pillar HQ includes the Panzoe Innovation Hub — future copilots you can vote for and join waitlists on. Community demand directly steers the roadmap.
How do I export my data?Account
Settings → Privacy & data → 'Export my data' downloads a machine-readable copy of your account, workspace and copilot data instantly.
How do I delete my account?Account
Settings → Danger zone → delete. This permanently removes your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I invite my team or family?Account
Yes — Family plans share pillars with your household, and Business plans include team seats with roles and permissions. Invite members from Settings → Organisation.
Is my data sold or used to train third-party models?Privacy
Never sold, and your private content is not used to train third-party foundation models. Panzoe complies with PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Where is Panzoe based and where is data stored?Privacy
Panzoe Technologies is a Canadian company serving a global audience — Canada is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection. Data is stored in secured, encrypted cloud infrastructure.
How is my account protected?Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, secure httpOnly session cookies, salted password hashing, audit logging and Stripe-handled payments (we never store card numbers). See Security & Trust for the full picture.
How do I report a vulnerability?Security
Email security@panzoe.ai. We operate a responsible-disclosure process and respond quickly to good-faith reports.
