Refund Policy

A fair, customer-friendly 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. Our promise

We want you to buy Panzoe with confidence. Every new account already includes the free 7-Day Discovery Experience, and your first paid purchase is additionally protected by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

  • Applies to your first paid subscription purchase on Panzoe — monthly or annual.
  • Request a refund within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals, upgrades or subsequent purchases.
  • Annual plans receive the same initial 14-day guarantee from the date of first charge.

3. How to request a refund

Use the "Request refund" button in Settings → Billing (fastest), or email billing@panzoe.ai from your account email. Include your reason — it helps us improve. Requests are reviewed by a human and typically decided within 2 business days; approved refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. When refunds may be refused

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we identify excessive, abusive or fraudulent usage — for example, consuming very large volumes of AI processing and then requesting a refund, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, or chargeback abuse.

5. After the guarantee period

After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

6. Billing errors & technical failures

Duplicate charges, verified billing mistakes and confirmed technical failures that prevented you from using the Services are always eligible for a refund or credit, at any time. Contact billing@panzoe.ai and we will make it right.

7. Goodwill refunds

Panzoe may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds outside this policy. Doing so once does not create an obligation to do so again.
