Acceptable Use Policy

Use Panzoe honestly, legally and considerately. Don't harm others, the platform, or yourself with it.

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activity of any kind, or promote or facilitate it.
• Commit fraud, phishing, impersonation or deceptive practices.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Create, distribute or control malware, ransomware or other harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, probe, scan or breach Panzoe or third-party systems, or access data that isn't yours.
• Infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual-property rights.
• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse any person or group.
• Generate or distribute harmful or malicious content, including content that exploits or endangers minors, promotes violence, or facilitates self-harm.

You may not abuse Panzoe's AI systems, including:

• Attempting to bypass, jailbreak or circumvent safety guardrails, rate limits or plan entitlements.
• Extracting model weights, training data, prompts, AI workflows or other users' information.
• Automated scraping or programmatic bulk extraction of AI responses beyond documented API allowances.
• Using AI Output to build a competing dataset or service in violation of the Terms of Service.

• Do not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the platform — see our Intellectual Property & Copyright policy.
• Do not resell platform access or share paid accounts beyond your plan's included seats.
• Do not manipulate Innovation Hub voting or waitlists, create fake accounts, or spam feature requests.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action: content removal, feature restriction, suspension or termination, and — where required — reporting to authorities. We will notify you when appropriate and lawful to do so.

Report violations or suspicious activity to abuse@panzoe.ai. We appreciate responsible reports and act on them quickly.
