1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, session storage) are small pieces of data stored in your browser. Panzoe uses them sparingly and transparently.
2. Categories we use
- Essential — required for the platform to function: secure session cookies for authentication, CSRF protection and workspace selection. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional — remember your preferences such as theme, sidebar state, selected pillar views and cookie consent choices.
- Analytics — first-party, privacy-respecting usage measurement that helps us understand which features matter. No cross-site tracking.
- Preference — store non-essential personalisation such as dismissed banners and onboarding progress.
- Marketing (future) — not currently used. If we ever introduce marketing cookies they will be off by default and require your explicit opt-in.
3. Managing cookies
You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit (your choice is remembered), and at any time through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
4. Consent
Where required by law (including the EEA and UK), non-essential cookies are set only after you consent via the banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.
