This is the plain-language version of how Panzoe treats your information.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the content you create in your workspaces (projects, household data, health admin, finances, learning records), and standard operational logs. We collect nothing from your device beyond what the product needs to function.
How your data is used
Solely to run Panzoe for you: powering your copilots, briefings, graphs and action centres. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
AI processing & your consent
Panzoe's AI features are powered by OpenAI (the AI model provider), accessed securely through Emergent, our AI infrastructure partner. When you use an AI feature, the information needed to answer your request is transmitted to that processing chain. This may include: your messages and questions; information you manually enter (priorities, goals, notes, reminders); content from apps you have connected (such as email or calendar) when you ask Panzoe to use it; and files or text you upload for analysis. Information is transmitted only when you invoke an AI feature and only to provide the response you requested. We ask for your explicit consent before your information is first processed by these AI services, and you can withhold or change that choice at any time — Panzoe's non-AI features keep working either way. Our agreements prohibit the use of your content to train third-party AI models.
Data isolation
Every record is scoped to your user and workspace. Health, finance and family data live in dedicated collections with per-user scoping enforced at the API layer on every request.
Your controls
You control AI processing consent (asked before first use, changeable anytime). You can export or delete your content, remove memory items the AI has stored, and close your account at any time. Workspace owners control member access with role-based permissions.
Retention & deletion
Active workspace data is retained while your account exists. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from production systems promptly and from backups on their rotation schedule.
