1. Our position
We disclose user data to authorities only when legally compelled by valid process under applicable law (e.g. a Canadian court order or equivalent binding process), and we scrutinise every request for validity, jurisdiction and scope.
2. Principles
- Narrowest possible disclosure — we challenge overbroad or improper requests.
- User notice — unless legally prohibited, we notify affected users before disclosing their data.
- No voluntary bulk disclosure — we do not provide governments with direct, unfettered or bulk access to user data.
3. Emergency requests
Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent death or serious physical harm, we may disclose limited data to competent authorities, documenting every such decision.
4. Submitting requests
Authorities should direct valid legal process to legal@panzoe.ai · Panzoe Technologies (Canada). We respond only to properly served, legally binding requests.
