Subscription & Billing Policy

How plans, renewals, payments and invoices work.

1. Plans & pricing

Panzoe offers Basic, Pro and Premium tiers for Individuals, Families and Businesses, billed monthly or annually in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Annual billing includes a discount displayed at checkout. Current prices are always shown on the Pricing page — the live source of truth.

2. The Discovery Experience

Every new account starts with a 7-Day Discovery Experience: full access to the complete OS, no payment card required. When it ends, choose a plan to continue — your data remains safe either way.

3. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Renewal charges use the payment method on file with Stripe. We display your renewal date in Settings → Billing.

4. Upgrades & downgrades

You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect according to the checkout flow shown at the time of change; pillar access adjusts to your new plan's entitlements (you choose which pillars remain active).

5. Failed payments & retries

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe automatically retries over several days and we notify you by email. During this period your account is flagged as past-due. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription lapses and the workspace returns to the no-plan state — your data is retained and access is restored when payment succeeds.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with the "Cancel renewal" button in Settings → Billing. You keep full access until the end of the paid period; no further charges occur. Cancelling does not delete your data.

7. Invoices & receipts

A receipt is emailed after every successful payment, and your complete billing history is available in Settings → Billing. Business customers can use these records for expense and tax purposes.

8. Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where Panzoe is required to collect taxes (such as Canadian GST/HST/PST, VAT or local sales taxes), they will be calculated and displayed at checkout as we roll out regional tax support.

9. Business seats

Business plans include a set number of team seats (shown on the Pricing page). Additional-seat billing will be introduced in a future update and announced in advance.
