1. Continuous improvement
Panzoe evolves continuously. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as we improve the product. We flag significant changes in-app and via email.
2. Availability
We aim for high availability. Unless agreed otherwise in an Enterprise agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law — with the caveat that nothing removes your statutory consumer rights or our refund commitments.
3. Incidents & maintenance
Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption. During significant incidents we communicate status and resolution updates by email and in-app notice. Live system status is published at /status.
4. Third-party dependencies
Some features depend on third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Stripe, AI model providers). Outages or API changes at those providers can affect connected features; we degrade gracefully wherever possible.
5. Data continuity
Your export and deletion rights (see /legal/data-rights) apply in full at all times.
