1. Why this matters

Panzoe puts AI copilots into the most personal areas of life — business, home, health, life and learning. That reach comes with responsibility. This policy describes the principles we hold ourselves to as we build.

2. Ethical AI

We build copilots to help, never to manipulate. We do not design dark patterns that exploit AI trust, and we do not sell your data or use your private content to train third-party foundation models.

3. Transparency

AI-generated content is presented as such. We are clear about what our copilots can and cannot do, and our AI Disclaimer states plainly that AI can make mistakes.

4. Human oversight

Panzoe copilots suggest — humans decide. Consequential actions (payments, deletions, communications) require explicit user approval, and our internal teams review model behaviour, safety incidents and user reports.

5. Bias reduction

We evaluate copilot behaviour for unfair bias across the scenarios our users care about, tune prompts and models to reduce it, and treat bias reports from users as priority issues.

6. User safety

Safety guardrails are built into every copilot, with special care in Health and Life contexts. We block harmful content categories and design responses to encourage professional help where appropriate.

7. Continuous improvement & responsible innovation

AI capability evolves quickly; so do our safeguards. We ship improvements continuously, monitor emerging standards (including Canadian and international AI governance frameworks), and expand this policy as the platform grows — including for future marketplace copilots.

8. Feedback

Concerns about AI behaviour: ai-safety@panzoe.ai. Reports go directly to the team responsible for model behaviour.
