Intellectual Property & Copyright

All rights, title and interest in and to the Panzoe platform and everything that powers it remain the exclusive property of Panzoe Technologies. This includes, without limitation:

These assets are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws of Canada and other jurisdictions worldwide.

• The Panzoe platform, websites and applications, and all future platform updates.
• The Panzoe name, logos, branding and marketing material.
• The user interface, user experience, visual design and website design.
• All software, source code, backend systems and APIs.
• The AI copilot architecture, AI workflows, prompt engineering and automation systems.
• Knowledge structures, decision frameworks, documentation, graphics, icons, content and training material.

You may not, and may not permit or assist anyone to:

• Copy, clone or replicate the platform or any substantial part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content, data or AI responses from the Services.
• Extract, harvest or reconstruct Panzoe's prompts, system instructions or AI workflows.
• Build competing products or datasets using Panzoe intellectual property or AI Output.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute platform access.
• Share paid accounts or credentials beyond the seats included in your plan.
• Create automated bots to harvest content or interact with the Services outside documented APIs.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions, entitlement checks, rate limits or security systems.
• Misuse APIs beyond documented, authorised usage.
• Use Panzoe to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

Panzoe's AI architectures, copilot framework, prompt systems, workflow orchestration, knowledge structures, internal automation and decision frameworks constitute proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets developed by Panzoe Technologies at substantial investment. Unauthorised access to, disclosure of, or attempts to extract these systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

"Panzoe", "Panzoe Technologies", the Panzoe logos, branding, product names and current and future copilot names are proprietary marks of Panzoe Technologies and may not be used — including in domain names, product names, advertising or implied endorsements — without prior written permission.

Trademark registrations are in progress; the appropriate ® and ™ symbols will be applied to marks as registrations are obtained. The absence of a symbol does not waive any of Panzoe's rights in a mark.

• You retain ownership of the content you create using Panzoe, where permitted by applicable law.
• Panzoe retains ownership of the platform, software, prompts, AI systems, workflows and infrastructure used to generate that output.
• AI-generated outputs may not always be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, and no exclusivity in AI Output is guaranteed.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

The Innovation Hub is a community research surface. To keep its demand signals honest, you may not:

Panzoe reserves the right to remove submissions, discount manipulated signals, and suspend accounts involved in abuse.

• Manipulate voting, including coordinated or incentivised vote schemes.
• Create fake or duplicate accounts to influence votes or waitlists.
• Artificially inflate waitlists or spam feature requests.
• Submit offensive, unlawful or infringing content through community features.
• Abuse community features in any way that distorts genuine user demand.

You may not access, disclose or attempt to obtain confidential Panzoe systems, internal processes, unreleased features, roadmaps or other proprietary information through unauthorised means. Any confidential information you encounter must be reported to security@panzoe.ai and must not be used or shared.

Panzoe Technologies reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rights.
• Remove infringing content from the platform.
• Pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, where appropriate.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and comply with lawful requests where required.

If you believe content on Panzoe infringes your intellectual property rights, contact legal@panzoe.ai with sufficient detail to identify the material and your rights. We review all reports promptly.
